 There is a phenomenon that accurs in society, namely the use of identical hijabs used by Muslim Women an there are wpmen, although not so many them athletes. This research motivated where athlete using hijab still considered to be difficult get acceptance from his surroundings. In fact, those who think if uses hijab, it stil layman and will even make for achievements. The purpose this study was determine motives communication experiences obtained athletes wearing at Tengkorak Sport Community Karawang City. qualitative method with Alferd Schutz Phenomenology. results were various obtained, because religious law, influence environment & support, as self-protection, feeling calm. Positive experience such support appreciation, encouragement oneself, accountability, self-confidence, example. Negative prejudice intimidation. Keyword: Hijab, Athlete, Phenomenology
